Your employer controls the configuration of its Rostrix organisation and the employee information entered into it. Rostrix provides the software platform used by your employer.

What Rostrix may process

Depending on your employer’s configuration, Rostrix may process:

• Your name
• Contact details
• Employment information
• Roster information
• Attendance / time records
• Leave information
• Pay rate / salary information where entered by the employer
• Documents
• Profile photo
• Location captured at clock-in / clock-out when location-based timekeeping is enabled

Location

Rostrix may capture your location when you clock in or clock out when location-based timekeeping is enabled. Rostrix does not continuously track your location.
