Clock in, grace minutes, and late alerts

Clock-in grace

Grace minutes define how early or late someone can clock in relative to the rostered start before Rostrix treats them as late. Settings live under Time track / business rules.

Missed and late clock-in alerts

After grace passes with no clock-in, managers (per notification approver matrix) and the staff member can get a missed clock-in alert. Late clock-ins can notify managers after the fact.

Alerts are throttled with dedupe keys so hourly crons do not spam the same shift.
